I love the purple colour, it's subtle. The bag is well made, small, but I can fit everything I need, phone, purse, bank card wallet, keys, car key, reusable shopping bag, medication & inhaler. The strap is a fab length, being tall, it's great to have a longer strap, this was a huge positive.

Been using Troop bags for years and decided to downsize, but there is still plenty of room with this bag.
I have just replaced a Troop bag that has been with me since 2008 and has accompanied me around the world.
My old bag was a sand colour, my new one is grey but secretly I prefer the colour of my original bag.
I like the sturdiness of the bag and the fact that it has so many pockets!

I was disappointed to find a dark stain on the bag, so I had to send it back. However, customer services were most helpful.
I needed a bag that was no bigger than an A4 piece of paper so that I could go into a venue in London for a concert!! My problem was that the concert is given by a well known South Korean singer and I want to take along my Mamamoo light stick! (If you know anything about Kpop you'll know about light sticks!!!) It just about fits in, so this bag is absolutely perfect! Colour of camel nothing like the pictures though, but it’ll do. Minus 1 star purely because colour not what I expected.

Lovely quality bag on the whole, just the right size for me and as described. A little disappointed that there were quite a number of loose threads around the front zip (photo available). Too late to return as I was about to travel. Have trimmed and hoping for the best!

This is a replacement strap for my crossbody bag. I’ve had the bag since 2012 and the catches that attach it to the bag had worn away with use. This new strap is slightly wider than the original but not too wide. I am happy with it, and hope it will last as long as the old one did.
I decided to purchase a Troop cross body bag after seeing a friend with one. It is just the right size for me and I am very pleased with the fabric, colour and finish. It looks to be very well made .
Very happy with my new bag. The strap is a good length so it can hang in the right place and everything now has a place - no more scrabbling to find a pen or nail file.
Capacity is just right for my day to day life.

Really ❤️ the attention to detail on the zips. The bag just feels durable, strong and easy to fit in a notebook, my lunch tin, 600 ml water bottle and essential stuff. I bought my first troop cross body bag over 20 years ago and the only thing wearing out is part of the webbing strap where it's attached to the bag! I love my new blue version and look forward to years to come using it! It fits all need inside without feeling bulky.... I also have pink Troop back pack which is great!
