This is my second Troop bag had the first for a long time very sturdy and holds just the right amount.
I chose this backpack because it can hold my folding cane , ipad, various chargers,and items I need on an upcoming long air flight. I like it's stylish tailored looks. I chose denim. I prefer the open interior for storage rather than multiple compartments. It can fit under the seat or overhead compartment. I'm pleased.
I did a Google search for the buckles that I needed for my wifes backpack purse..your company had the buckles. I was a little hesitant about ordering since you were " across the pond" from Florida.. I was wondering if you would even ship suck a small order..

I got a Troop bag recently that is great - robust, well made and takes my tablet with ease. Then I saw the TRP0316 and its lighter colours and slimmer shape appealed so I bought it as well. All the quality of my first bag and with loads of zipped pockets, the same room for the tablet and the big win of real buckles.
So well made! Lots of practical pockets, really sturdy attractive canvas. This has fast become my favorite purse.
I ordered a green bag, it looked dark khaki to me but when it arrived it was clearly grey, a colour that I really don't like. The bag looked great, good quality just what I needed but not green. Not that impressed with customer service as they just stated that it is green,one of their earthy colours. Well that's what I was expecting, earthy green ! Sadly it is on its way back in the post at my expense.I wouldn't order from Troop again.

Love the canvas, style and colour. Beautifully made. In addition I like the leather trimmings which mean I can lock the backpack if I leave it in a hotel room, for extra security. I bought it to use when I push my disabled partner in his wheelchair. It means my hand bag doesn't get caught on the wheels if it falls off my shoulder. It also fits over the handles at the back so I don’t always have to wear it on my back. Nothing not to like.
Our troop bag is well traveled but unfortunately the clip on the strap was no longer secure. This was bought as a replacement. Order arrived quickly and it’s the right size and colour so we are delighted with our purchase as it means we can continue to use our much loved troop bag
I bought the small one years ago whilst visiting family on the west coast of England for my travels across Southern Afric. It's durability is second to none. Even after laundering post-tour, it hardly faded (& the slight wear gives it an authentic look without spoiling it's appearance). I was delighted to discover Troop's online store & decided to treat myself to another, slightly larger one. My favourite backpack of all time & my definite go-to!! Fabulous bag. Bigger than I expected, good quality fabric making the bag really sturdy. Plenty of pockets and compartments. Love it may even treat myself to the smaller one.
Very happy with it. Not too big and not too small and with plenty of well organized compartments. Can work for the office as well as urban daily use.
Pretty sturdy and water-resistant. Get quite a few notices of it in Manhattan.
(Did not want to opt for Tumi, too expensive given the rather middling-quality look of its style and usually way too bukly for me).

Love this bag I have tried many bags for walking with my dog and none of them have fit the bill. This one is perfect. I can get the water bottle in the poop bags and other bits and pieces that I need. I can clip the water bowl on the side It is weighty and doesn’t slide off the shoulder. It is an excellent accessory. I love it.
Hello, I think I might have received a backpack that had already been used? There are marks on it and at certain points the stitching is looser than others. It doesn't look like the clean version on the picture. So I will need to return it unfortunately. Please let me know how to proceed, thank you.
