Our first bag lasted ages and has been on many holidays with us . I ordered a replacement as I've worn out the first one . The bag is so spacious and ideal when you are out and about on holiday also travelling by plane. Hope this one lasts as long as the first.
These are lovely bags. I already have several in various sizes and colours. Very well made and last a long time.
It was a dream to order. The most perplexing question for my wife was the colour! Once that was chosen the rest of the ordering process was a dream. The delivery was very quick and efficient.

When lifting the front flap recently I saw the original khaki and realised how much my bag had faded with years of daily use-with my birthday coming up it was a perfect excuse for a replacement. I love the size and number of pockets-I can fit so much in without it looking too bulky so I was pleased to see exactly the same model was available and it arrived in time for my husband to wrap it up for me!😊
My needs changed when I started using public transport again, carrying a shoulder bag and laptop bag, which was inconvenient. Now I just carry the TRP0548, which accommodates all my accoutrements safely and comfortably (13" HP laptop OR, 14" MacBook Pro, mouse, charger, leads, phone, wallet, notebook etc). It has just the right amount of rigidity so it doesn't go all floppy and it's not too heavy. Perfect for my needs.
The materials are first class as is the manufacturing quality. However, the flap and the tight pockets, especially the small zip pocket on the front make it a little inaccessible. My old bag, whilst being a little smaller, is more comfortable to use. I feel mean being critical of what is essentially a stylish, quality product but there’s no point in providing comments unless they are honest.
HIgh quality waist bag for those days when you don't need to carry much stuff. Lots of pockets where you need them, robust zips and the clip fastener is in the right place for security. Great little addition to my growing collection of Troop bags!
Replaced my old bag which wasn’t worn out but always wanted it to be slightly bigger. This one gives a little extra room and fits my needs as an everyday bag. I like the phone pocket on the inside. On my last bag this was too small. Overall very pleased.

I bought this to help with the discomfort I was getting with my crossover bag ie shoulder pain . And Golly the pad is Brilliant No more discomfort on my shoulder . I would definitely recommend this product !!.
I have ordered a few of these bags as they are reasonably priced and very well made. However, I have personally had problems finding the right size - the bigger bags are too big but the smaller ones are not quite large enought to take what I need. Think I need a medium!
I like the weight and quality of this bag. Reasonable number of pockets tho one on front and back are just for tickets etc... a bit awkward to get your hand in.
I like the way you can unzip the main compartment to make it larger... Definitely needed this.. Managed to fit purse, notebook, glasses, hairbrush and tube of handcream in..... Tight but did it!

After much research I finally decided on buying a Troop Messenger bag and I am so pleased with my choice. The bag has everything I need including plenty of storage space with ample compartments including zipped pockets. It is well-made with strong rugged material that should last for many years. Also, for this 81 year old cool dude it is very stylish and I am sure I could almost get away with reversing my age numbers to 18. Thanks Troop.
This is a great little bag divided into a main section & smaller pocket at the front - both zip fastened.
Its just big enough for a phone, credit cards & keys. The stap is adjustable & comfortable to wear. Perfect for what I needed.
Am pleased with my purchase and the fast delivery. Would have been nice to have a small pocket for keys but otherwise am happy with the bag.
Bought mae small Backpack a couple of months ago and was looking for somewhere tae put mae emergency 'Puffer'......being Asthmatic I Need tae keep an emergency puffer really handy......The Mini Backpacks is perfect, clips onto mae main Backpack and ready tae grab if needs be.......love the colour..........A Wee Bit of Femininity tae a Great Backpack........Troop I Love You!!!
Since finding Troop (at House of Bruar)....Have become quite addicted tae mae backpack (small) and was overjoyed with the Mini Backpacks, on Troop Site. Bought a couple.....when travelling on Public transport I always have an emergency purse with card and cash, should mae main bag be grabbed. The mini rucksack has proved tae be the ideal, Extra.....Thanks Troop....I'll be back
